Rockshore Automotive Styling Car Accessories offers a great range of interior and exterior automotive styling products and car accessories from manufacturers such as Richbrook, MOMO Italy, Sumex & RaceX which we hope you find exciting.  We also stock car care products from the premium car care manufacturer Meguiars, so there's no excuses for your pride & joy not gleaming!  We hope you find our selection of products of interest and are sure you will find just what you're looking for to compliment any customised car interior or exterior. Payment

UK Buyers - we accept payment through Paypal, cheque or postal order. Credit/debit card payments can be made either through Paypal without the need of an account or over the telephone.  Items will only be dispatched after cleared payment received. Please allow 5 working days for cheques to clear. 

Overseas Buyers - payment through Paypal Pound Sterling or International Postal Order.
VAT is included in our prices for UK and EC Member States only.  A VAT receipt can be supplied on request.

Shipping

Items are normally dispatched within 48 hours (not including weekends or bank holidays).  Items can only be dispatched once cleared payment has been received (if payment by cheque, please allow 5 working days for clearance).  Items sent within the UK are normally dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class or for heavier items by Standard Parcels.  Items dispatched to Overseas Buyers are sent by Royal Mail Airmail (overseas buyers should allow additional time for delivery as items are dispatched from the UK).  

Our postage costs include reasonable costs for packaging material in addition to the actual postage cost of sending.  In addition, each listing will specify whether or not postal insurance is included in the postage costs or not, as follows:-

(a) Postage costs not including postal insurance - Buyers can choose to add the optional insurance cost at checkout.  For UK Buyers it is the current standard cost of Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and for Overseas Buyers it is the current standard cost for the Royal Mail 'International Signed For' service.  
(b) Postage costs with postal insurance included - Items are sent within the UK either by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded or Special Delivery and items dispatched to Overseas Buyers are sent by Royal Mail Airmail 'International Signed For' service.  

Items sent with insurance will require a signature either at your address or otherwise available to sign for and collect at your local postal depot.

If you are outside the UK, you may have to pay additional taxes and/or duty on imported goods. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the buyer. You should consult your local Customs office for information.

Insured items that are not received can only be considered lost after 15 working days in conjunction with Royal Mail policy. Replacement or refund will be given after that time.  If you are in the UK and have not received your item within 7 days of dispatch, please check with your local postal depot to ensure that they have not previously attempted delivery and are holding the item for you.

Rockshore Automotive Styling Car Accessories (trading name of Rockshore (UK) Ltd) will not accept responsibility or liability for any damage or loss either to products purchased from us or to persons or personal property resulting from the use of or incorrect fitment of such products purchased from us through ebay or otherwise.  Customers should satisfy themselves that any item or product being purchased is suitable for its intended purpose or use and ensure that a suitably trained person installs such product.   

We pride ourselves on customer service and satisfaction but in the rare event that you have a problem, please contact us at sales@rockshore.uk.com and we will be happy to assist.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Returns must firstly be notified to us by email.

Goods must be returned in the same resaleable condition, with all fittings/instructions and with all original packaging whereupon a refund or exchange will be made. We are unable to refund postage costs unless an incorrect item was received due to our error or such item was faulty on receipt.

We recommend that all returns are adequately insured to cover damage or items being lost as we can only refund/exchange once the returned item has been received at our premises. 

If a non-faulty item is returned damaged, then we reserve the right to return such item to the buyer without a refund.
