This eBay item is for a custom made piece of pop art based on your photograph of a treasured pet. This is a beautiful and unique way in which to immortalise your dearest animal friends, or to present as a special gift to a friend or relative.
Custom pop art comes on canvas sized approximately 420mm by 300mm (16.5" by 11.75"), and can be based on the design of one of our existing listings if so desired, tailored to the colours and layout of your choosing. Please read the steps below before making your purchase, and feel free to contact us any time if you have any further queries or doubts about the quality of your photograph - we'll get back to you very promptly.

Please read the instructions below before making any commitments. We offer a friendly, personal and professional service, and are happy to address any queries you might have about the process.

1. Please ensure the quality of the photograph you wish to use is of sufficient quality and size - if you are unsure of the suitability please contact us (click on the 'ask seller a question' link at the top right of your browser page). Don't worry if your photo is only in black & white - we can add the pop art colours to it.

2. Once the purchase is made, we will provide you with the details of where to email your picture (if you have a physical photograph we can scan it on your behalf and return it with the artwork).

3. During the email process, a brief discussion is made with regards to style, layout and colours - don't worry if you have no preferences, we can always come up with something for you.

4. A sample of the finished work will be emailed to you no later than two to three days from purchase (and often much sooner), this gives us a chance to interact once more with you in case any tweaks need making.

5. When happy with the work, we will reproduce it onto canvas and it will be promptly sent out.

The professional artist has worked more than ten years in traditional and digital art with published and exhibited work commissioned by people from all walks of life including celebrities, CEO's and clubs/societies. They have created hundreds of custom artworks over the years, immortalising people, pets, and loved possessions around the globe.

For security of posting goods are sent via a rigid poster tube.

We are happy to dispatch anywhere across the globe and can arrange further discounts if you need multiple copies of the same custom created artwork.

UK: Payment can be made by cheque (Pound Sterling), or Paypal.
EUROPE: Payment can be made by bank transfer (if in Euros), or Paypal.
U.S. and REST OF WORLD: Paypal only.

Please note: If paying by cheque (pound sterling only), please include ebay item number and item name - cheques sent without sender's details can sometimes be impossible to trace back to the buyer.

As the service is costed primarily on a time basis, we can only refund 25% of the cost should the buyer change their mind - an ebay purchase should be a commitment to buy and it is important the buyer reads all the terms and steps stated. Should a purchase be made and the photograph transpires to be unusable before any work commences, you will receive a refund in full, however we advise you check the photo's suitability before committing to buy if there are any doubts.

We are not a retail shop and deal only through the Internet.

Be aware that variations between computer monitors may result in subtle differences in tone and colour.

Canvases come without frame and are unstretched. We do not offer a stretching service, but should you wish for there to be a larger margin of 1.5" left around the picture, please leave a note with your payment to state this. Please note increasing the margin size, will decrease the picture size accordingly.

If posting an original photograph to be scanned, please ensure you have a copy, and package it securely. We cannot accept responsibility if a photo goes missing, or gets damaged in the post.
