This is a professionally refurbished unit. Each one (I have over 10 TT3's) has been stripped down, cleaned and rebuilt. It has then been fully tested and is shrink wrapped for hygene and presentation purposes and ready to go onto the office desk. Do not confuse these TT3's with the normal ones you see advertised. They are not new - they cannot be for the wonderful INDeX system is now a discontinued product- but these are the next best thing! Please note that I am an expert specialising in INDex equipment. All of my products from cards/systems to handsets are fully tested and guaranteed for 1 month and comparable with any of the large secondhand equipment resellers - ONLY CHEAPER!! Please note that these turrets are only intended for use in a call centre and do not come with a handset (you connect your own headset and/or amplyfier).  The keys are slightly different as wel. For example they have a "wrap-up" key; a "busy n/a" key and also a"log on/off" key.

Item must be returned asap when either a replacement item will be offered or a full refund given (Buyers choice). In the event of failure of a product, this warranty is dependent on the item not being damaged and or opened in an attempt to repair it. If the seals are broken on the product the warranty is invalidated. Please note that we are happy to guarantee each product for 90 days from despatch and would ask that any returns be carefully packaged in the sent packaging if possible.
