We also offer an extended discount to business owners that are seeking our products for commercial usages. Return Policy Your Satisfaction Is Guaranteed! All items sold by Ultra Couture Design are new. All items are inspected for quality before delivery. In the rare occurrence that an item arrives damaged on delivery or is otherwise damaged before your possession, please note the damage with the delivery team and contact us with in 24/48 hours of receiving your goods. Arrangements will be made to correct the damage by a qualified furniture repair technician and done in your home. Please insure that you don’t assemble your goods and damage their packaging, as this will wave your right to return your goods. Cancellation policy: You may cancel your order, for any reason provided, if your order has not been filled or shipped. Typically, most orders are filled and shipped within 24 to 48 hours from the time they are received. Our Customer Service team can inform you of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order can be cancelled. Once an item is shipped the terms of our Returns policy will take effect. At Ultra Couture Design, we strive to create a positive and stress free Buying experience for you. Not Satisfied with your purchase (Sofas NOT defective) If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of receipt. We will gladly refund your original purchase amount (less delivery costs), or process an exchange for you. We also ask that you pay the return delivery charges.
