By placing a bid on/or purchasing this item/multiple items by “Buy it Now” you are entering a contractual agreement between yourself and the seller and further agree to adhere and uphold all the terms and conditions of sale.

The Seller agrees:

          i.            That the buyer can return the item in as received condition with all packaging in tack along with all accessories at the buyer’s expense to the seller within 7(seven) working days of receipt (this will be considered 48 hours from dispatch for non-recorded delivery).

         ii.            To refund or replace defective items once returned at the buyer’s expense but not for defects previously disclosed in the listing (excluding Postage and Packaging costs).

The Buyer agrees:

1.        That they have read and understood the listing and all of the terms and conditions.

2.        In the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase any issues must be raised with the seller within 5(five) working days of making payment.

3.        The buyer understands any item listed not as new may have fair signs of use or slight cosmetic damage (this will not affect the intended use of the product).

4.        By signing for the delivery you are acknowledging you have received your purchase in satisfactory and working order. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check the goods upon receipt of delivery.

5.        Not to do a chargeback on their debit/credit card, not to open a claim with Paypal or take any further action that will result in the restriction or removal of the seller’s funds via a third party until all of the goods have been returned to the seller in full and agrees to compensate the seller for any losses or expenses incurred should the buyer initiate such a process before returning the goods in full and having received acknowledgement of receipt from the seller.

6.        The seller’s decision reached is final and is to be taken above any third party decision (excluding a Court of Law within England).

7.        In the case of multiple item purchases and/or single items that come in multiple parts the seller reserves the right to refund or replace only defective/missing items or parts and refuse the return of the entire order.

8.        In the event of recovery of funds the buyer accepts liability for all reasonable costs incurred by the seller.

9.        Any warranty offered or implied will only cover for manufacturing defects, the product or service not meeting it’s legal obligations within the specified warranty period, and will not cover for any damage caused by the consumer or if the product or service has been miss used or used for purpose other than intended by the manufacturer.

The Sale of Goods Act 1979. Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982. Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994. The Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations 2002.
