Hello and thank you for taking the time to look at the classified advert for our collection and delivery service.

We have had over 10 years experience in the transport industry and have decided to expand our services to cater for the eBay buyer and seller to offer a great service at an affordable price.

We have Three types of Service to Offer:

Economy Service -

The Economy Service is the best service to transport the heavy and bulky items that standard parcel companies cannot accept.

This service is best suited for transporting anything from furniture through to fragile items.

We start off each week from our base in the South Of England and work our way up to the North and back down again, collecting and delivering items as we go. We run a weekly service to most parts of England and Wales and a fortnightly service to and from Scotland.

We are also offering Ireland deliveries on a fortnightly basis and all parts of Ireland can be accessed, Northern & Southern.

Your items are treated with care and attention. Unlike the normal parcel companies, we collect your goods and they remain in the vehicle until delivery. We do not tend to transfer from van to van or warehouse to warehouse unless you need us to store the goods for you.

This service operates Monday to Saturday and deliveries are generally made between 08:00 - 19:00.

Because the majority of items that we collect are second hand, We also offer a Wrapping Service where the driver will wrap the goods for you so that they remain un-marked and in the condition that they were collected in.

This service is optional however should you require this service the charge is £7.50 UP TO 3 ITEMS, £2.50 PER ITEM THEREAFTER

Our drivers and staff are very pleasant and fully trained in dealing with this type of delivery. They will ensure that your goods are correctly blanketed and strapped if needs be in the van.

All drivers are in uniform and have been vetted and checked against criminal convictions. Please note that our service is with one man only so you will have to ensure that there is able help at each address.

Once loaded, your goods are fully insured against loss or damage* of up to £10,000 with our Goods In Transit insurance. (*See our web site for details)

SAMEDAY & DEDICATED Services -

At SilverSprint, we understand that many of our customers work the normal office hours and to have to take time off work to accept a delivery is not only inconvenient but also costly.

Therefore, we have the pleasure in offering our Dedicated Service where we work around your times - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We can collect and deliver your goods whenever suits you best.

Once we have received your confirmation, we can despatch a driver where he will drive directly to the collection address, collect the goods and then drive directly to the delivery address. The vehicle is solely used just for you. We do not transfer your goods from van to van. We cover the whole of the UK and Europe.. in fact anywhere accessable by road!

This service is ideal if you have time restraints or your seller needs the goods removed quickly, or if you have a full van load.

We are using 2008 Mercedes Sprinter extra long wheel base vans. The interior load area is:

We are fully insured up to £10,000 with our Goods In Transit insurance and £2.5 million Public Liability insurance. We are VAT registered and all prices are subject to VAT. As we are a legitimate company, we cannot offer "cash deals" so please don`t be offended if we refuse!

Our fleet of modern vans are kept in a pristine condition and are sign written. Our uniformed drivers are all polite and will do their best to help you.

It is YOUR responsibility to make sure that the other party understand this is a ONE MAN service as payments cannot be refunded if help for our drivers is refused or unavailable!!
