DELIVERY:
P&P charges include Packaging and Handling costs and are

Shipments within the UK are through Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery. This service includes insurance up to £500. We DO NOT ship by First Class Recorded because this does not cover compensation for jewellery claims. We trust our customers wish to receive the fine jewellery they have purchased. We will not take responsibility for fine jewellery lost in the post.
Overseas Shipments are normally done by Royal Mail international signed for which takes 12-15 working days depending on the destination. However, Royal Mail Airsure is offered as an alternative for those requiring items to be tracked all the way and faster delivery (not guaranteed).
Non-UK buyers are responsible for all customs duty, import taxes and similar taxes or charges relating to the export of the goods.
VAT:
Brand New jewellery items are VATable.
WE PAY THE VAT FOR EU CUSTOMERS (including UK).
All buyers in US, AUSTRALIA and other part of the world outside Europe
will not have to bear this tax.
This means there are NO nasty surprises after check out. Only P&P is extra. Bid with confidence!

If you win an item, and are not happy with your purchase, please e-mail explaining your dissatisfaction and we will do our best to come to a communal and fair agreement.
Refunds can only be given if items are returned within 7 days of purchase, in an unused condition and in the original packaging.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT EARRING RETURNS FOR HYGIENE REASONS.
Refunds cannot be given if you simply change your mind or misread our listing. Please note, buyer pays all postage costs.
