PACKARD BELL COMPUTER

Needs restoring, as it is very slow to respond

Disc drive doesn't open when button is pushed, however it CAN BE REPAIRED

Side of tower isn't applied properly and needs screws to hold into place

Overall it is in a reasonable condition

A: hi, not quite sure what a COA sticker is, but it does have a sticker on one side of the tower, this sticker has 2 barcodes on it and product key. yes, it is a pickup only item.
