This auction is for a brand new old stock AMD Athlon 64 FX55 skt 939 CPU in perfect working order.

The FX series CPUs are designed as the flagship CPUs in the AMD range.  As such, there are no corners cut in an effort to slow them so that they fit their 'speed rating'; they just go as fast as AMD can make them, as well as being unlocked.  It has the full 1mb of cache and requires a skt 939 motherboard to function correctly.  If you are unsure as to whether your board can support this CPU, please feel free to mail me with the details of your motherboard and I will be happy to help.  I have tested it and it functions perfectly.

These CPUs have come brand new from a bankrupt computer company as did the others I have been selling successfully recently.

As it is new you should have no problems with this CPU, but just in case I will warranty it for 60 days after you have purchased it.  This warranty will not be against physical damage through maltreatment or incorrect installation.  I will do my best to help you if you need it, so please ask if you are unsure.
