RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Our returns policy is fully in
line with Distance Selling
Regulations. The items we
sell are carefully selected,
of excellent quality and as
described and illustrated
with photos.
You can shop with confidence
at Total Baby Company!
If for any reason, you are unhappy
with your purchase(s) once received
then we will refund the value of
the goods. This is subject to the
goods being returned in their
original packaging, complete with
tags, unused, unwashed and not
damaged. The refund does not include
the cost of the original postage
and packaging. We must receive
the item back within 7 working
days of original date of delivery.
We reserve the right to reject
any returns should we consider
the complaint to be unreasonable.
This does not affect your statutory
rights.
