Yard-O-Led Antique Silver Propelling Pencil

Hallmarked, unengraved, 13 cm long

I bought this pencil from a specialist shop in Drury Lane, London circa 1990. It's an antique but it works, taking fairly thick leads which I believe are still sold by Yard-O-Led. There is a lead in the pencil, about two inches left. The barrel has narrow stripes engraved vertically with the trademark space for initials to be engraved (the space is unengraved). There are no dents anywhere in the pencil.

I am selling the pencil in a racing-green leather pouch (real leather) silk lined, made by Smythson of Bond Street
