TERMS & CONDITIONS. PLEASE READ!!!

PAYMENT

Please can the item be paid for in full or arrangements agreed with me for full payment to be made within three days of a successful bid and win. If no contact is made at all within ten days, the item WILL be re-listed for sale and I will file with eBay an unpaid item dispute.

CONTACT POLICY

I will ALWAYS contact the purchaser to acknowledge receipt of your payment and let you know when I am posting your item. I normally post the next morning, unless the purchase is made on a Saturday. I will ALWAYS contact the purchaser and let you know when I have posted your item.

POSTAL ADDRESS

I will only post the item to a ‘confirmed’ PayPal address. This address should also correspond with the registered address on eBay. Please do not ask me to post it to any other address as I am unable to do so under PayPal’s Seller Protection policy.

POSTAGE COSTS

My postage and packing charges do not only include the postage cost, but also the cost of the packing materials, my time packing the item and my time and costs going to the Post Office. My aim with my postage and packing costs is to be as fair as possible.

POSTAGE

I will ALWAYS obtain a proof of posting certificate. When an item is sold for £39 or more (including P&P charges) I will ALWAYS send it recorded delivery. Dependant on the item, this may be included in the P&P costs. Please check to be sure. However, I cannot be held responsible for the inadequacies of the Royal Mail service and accept no responsibility for items going missing in the post. In the unlikely event of an item going missing, I will assist the purchaser in anyway I can in making a claim.

DESPATCH

I guarantee next day despatch (except purchases on a Saturday) when the item is paid for in full with cleared funds.

FEEDBACK POLICY

My aim is 100% customer satisfaction. To this end I will not leave feedback until feedback has been left for me. There are 2 reasons for this. The 1st being, I will know that you the purchaser are completely satisfied with your purchase and the 2nd being, that I know that the item has been successfully delivered. I will ALWAYS leave feedback once it has been left for me. If you do not agree with my feedback policy please DO NOT buy from me.
