Incorrect goods
If for some reason you have received the wrong item, then please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. You can either return the goods to one of our stores, or we can arrange to have goods collected from you.
Once we have received the goods in as new condition, they will be checked and the correct goods, where possible, will be replaced/sent out to you at no extra cost.
Unwanted goods
Our returns policy allows you to return any unused items either in person or by post within 14 days and we will provide a full refund excluding all carriage costs.
If the goods have been used or damaged, we will not provide a refund. Please note Camping World will not be responsible for paying the carriage charges for returning any unwanted items.
Faulty goods
The vast majority of our products are sent as received by us from the manufacturer. Occassionally there are errors with packaging that have not been picked up by quality control procedures. If you have received faulty goods then please inform us within 14 days of delivery. Camping World will organise the collection of the goods, or the goods can be brought back to a store. Once we have received the goods, they will be inspected on site as quickly as possible by an expert. If a manufacturing fault is found we will either refund or exchange the goods 'like for like' where possible.
Please note that Camping World will not refund or exchange any item that has been mistreated or damaged by the customer either through direct action or negligence. This includes excessive weather conditions and or breakage through tents being incorrectly erected.
Please Note: Fibreglass poles on any tent are not covered under manufacturer’s warranty due to their fragile nature. However spare poles are available to be purchased either in store or on the website.
**Please contact us if you are thinking of leaving either negative or neutral feedback as these are potentially very damaging to future trade. We aim to have the best customer service both on eBay and as a company to ensure that even failed transactions, for whatever reason, deserve positive feedback**
Camping World cannot be held responsible for the following:
1. Reimbursing the cost of travel in any circumstance.
2. Reimbursing the cost of accommodation in any circumstance.
3. Reimbursing for any costs due to products causing damage to any property or persons.
4. Reimbursing the costs incurred for any goods not working for their intended purposes.

General Recommendations:
Usually, we would suggest that once you receive your tent, you put aside some time to check the tent and
erect it in your garden or in a park. This is important as it saves the awkward situation of arriving at your campsite and finding part of your tent is missing through error, or not knowing how to put it up.
Preparation makes for a happy Camper!
This will also allow you to check your tent for breakages or faults as these are much easier to rectify when you're not at the campsite. Please be aware that as with any new product sometimes things get through the quality checks in the factory and as tents have many various parts very occassionally some are missed.
Please also note that it has been known for people to break or damage their tents whilst putting them up and there are a few golden rules to avoid this happening:
Only attempt to put your new tent up in light winds on a dry day.
Never force ANYTHING.
Read and re-read the instructions.
Ask a friend or family member who has camping experience to lend a hand.
