If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase please contact us as soon as possible in order for us to resolve the difficulty.  

Where a problem occurs we will exchange, refund or replace items dependent upon the circumstances as detailed below. 


FAULTY/DAMAGED GOODS
If an item has been damaged in transit, please email us to advise within 7 days of receipt of the item.  We will require that the item be returned in the original packaging to us and by the same method of postage.  On receipt of the damaged item a replacement will be despatched carriage paid by us.


EXCHANGES - The exchange of non-faulty items are accepted as a goodwill gesture, from UK purchasers only, provided you email us within 7 days of receipt of the order. The item will need to be returned in original condition with all it's original packaging. You will be responsible for return postage costs of the item and you must obtain proof of posting.  On our receipt of the item you will be required to pay the additional postage before the exchanged item can be sent. Where the item is not received, or it is received damaged by us it will be your responsibility to make a claim for the costs involved from Royal Mail, or the courier used. 

REFUNDS - In the case of a refund against a non-faulty item, this will not include postage costs paid.  You will need to email us within 7 days of receipt. The item will need to be returned in original condition with all it's original packaging. You will be responsible for return postage costs of the item and you must obtain proof of posting.  We cannot refund any item posted to us that we do not receive, or received damaged. It is your responsibility to ensure that a proof of postage is obtained and in cases where the item is not delivered to us, or is delivered damaged it will be your responsibility to make a claim for the costs involved from Royal Mail, or the courier used. We will issue the refund on receipt of the item in it's original condition/packaging.
