We accept the following payment methods:

Cash - Only for personal collections please do not send cash in the post.
Pay Pal - We do not add a surcharge for this method, please include eBay reference when paying by Pay Pal.

Shipping

Upon receipt of cleared payment, Valatech will despatch goods within 1 working day.  This will be by either courier or registered post depending on size and value of items.  All items will automatically be insured for damages during shipping.  Any damage during shipping should be reported to Valatech Ltd within 48 hours.  Valatech Ltd regrets we can only ship to addresses within the UK Mainland.

Valatech offer a no quibble money back guarantee on all the products we sell, the only stipulation to this is software programs, we will only give a refund if the software is returned unopened.  We endeavour to list our items as accurately as possible but inevitably some questions may be required - please feel free to contact us in what ever method is most convenient.  EVERYTHING we offer for sale on eBay is the exact same specification and quality as those for sale in our retail premises, and EVERYTHING is sold from stock and will be despatched within 1 day of cleared payment.

We are an experienced ebay seller and have have a wealth of experience in keeping customers happy and it is our aim to make sure that this is exactly the same for our eBay customers. There is no way we guarantee that the products you buy will not have problems or occasionally break down.  There is not a thing in the world that can not break down or fail - FACT  We will do everything we can to spot faulty goods, and test goods before they leave us but unfortunately no matter how small the percentage is - somebody's products will fail.  What we CAN and DO guarantee is that our response will be courteous, efficient and swift.  We will do everything in our power to minimise the inconvenience and disruption caused.

Valatech has just 1 telephone number 0151 343 0000, no premium rate and it will ALWAYS be answered by a person (between 9:00am and 5:30pm) and not an automated switchboard, not only this, the person who answers the phone will be able to help you regardless of your enquiry.  Valatech only employ engineers, all our staff are engineers 1st and sales 2nd, so you can be assured that you will not be bounced from one department to another.  All Valatech staff put customer service as a priority, because customers are the one thing that every business needs.
