•  Normal delivery to your door in the UK is usually 3 to 5 Business Days once payment has cleared – outside of the UK can be slightly longer.

• All items we have arranged to be delivered securely by EXPRESS COURIER. A tracking number will be supplied once the item is packaged and ready to send – you can then monitor its progress via the couriers’ supplied web page. 
  
•  Please note we keep a limited stock but some of our items are shipped directly from our supplier in the UK.
   
•  We cannot dispatch an item without a contact number for use by Courier, so please include this in PayPal instructions to save any delays.  We will contact you prior to dispatch if this is missing. Couriers require a signature from the recipient at time of delivery. 

• If you believe the package is damaged or has been tampered with on delivery, you must communicate this to courier delivery driver at the time of delivery – once you have signed for the item, it is much harder to pursue a claim.

• If you are not completely satisfied with the product when you receive it for whatever reason could you please email within 7 days and return it to me within 14 day of receipt of item (you must email before returning item otherwise we can except) buyer must pay for return. Product must be returned sealed and unopened; we cannot accept opened/-damaged goods

• If, for any unforeseen reason, the item you order is out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible how long before new stock will be available. If you do not want to wait for the item or the item is no longer available, we will refund your money or offer an alternative product.

• All Items Are sent By DHL, UPS, Interlink or other local courier. All imported goods are subject to Customs clearance in every country. Therefore non UK buyers are importing, and you are the importer responsible for the goods when the goods pass through Customs in your destination country.  Whatever you order remains totally your responsibility to find out in advance if the products are permissible to import into your destination country, and if so what clearance requirements, taxes, policies etc apply in that country. We cannot and will not offer advice or pre-shipment information on Customs issues in any regard. The shipping company handles the clearance via normal shipping methods (couriers or post) professionally, however Customs have the right to hold and inspect your goods according to their policies. Every country's Customs has different policies, and these policies can vary substantially, as the importer, you bear sole responsibility for the clearance of the goods and any issues that may arise from an inspection or hold.
