The mysterious death of world champion boxer Freddie Mills is at last illuminated. Ron's years when the twins ruled the London underworld and their notorious feud with the Richardson gang are all wildly evoked.

He writes of his two marriages in Broadmoor, openly of his bisexuality, his daily routines and the hopes he stll nurses for a future in a free world. In the past, Ron Kray shot at will, but acted the vigilante only on his own terms: he and his brother had a very personal definition of justice. 'My Story' is a brave but violent book, full of unresolved passions and grudges and full, also, of humour and irony.
