For handling fee issues, I'm not trying to hold money or cheat anything in transaction. I'm only a human not a machine.I do have limited energy. :( So explain here first.

1. I might lose other potential buyers during the return process which has unpredicable loss.
2. I might need drive to sorting office to get the returned packet back coz I'm not at home everyday.
3. I need iron, arrange storage and update stock record for the returned clothes for resell.
4. Due to the delicate nature of many items,they might get ruined during the return post which put us in difficult position again. Need spend time check very carefully after each return.
5. I need spend time handling the return process on ebay and also communication.
6. I wrapped every item with heart but can't provide free try on service in expense of my own time and effort. Sorry I'm not that selfless. Even minimum wage per hour is more than £5 now. I want be fair to both of us but this is the problem with ebay selling which I cant change anything intricate.
