How do I install Equi-stud mats?
You will need the following equipment: a stanley knife or jigsaw, straight edge, tape measure and white chalk and a length of wood approx. 3" x 2" and basic protective safetywear. Remember! these mats are heavy and at least two people should handle one mat at a time. When making a cut we recommend that the cut line is placed over the edge of a 3" x 2" length of wood, then the blade of the knife or jigsaw will miss the floor.
If you have an odd size stable - then we can work this out for you.
Tolerance on thickness of mats is +/- 10%. Thickness is from bottome of mat to top of pattern.
Carriage costs are extra, please advise your POSTCODE and QUANTITY of mats required and we will advise the carriage/delivery costs.
You are required to sign for these goods so we need a telephone number to attach to the carrier paperwork or goods can be dropped off without signature (at your risk) subject to letting us know at the time of order/payment.

How much is delivery?
Haulage rates are changing due to the daily increases in fuel costs - please email your postcode together with the amount of items required via eBay messages or simply give us a call on 01924 445577and we will advise an accurate delivery cost by return before you place your order. Please be aware that these products are heavy and delivery costs are high compared with small items on eBay being delivered by post/parcel carriers.
Please allow 1 working day for us to make up any pallets for either collection or despatch on carrier. Depending on quantity of mats, they may arrive folded on a pallet; please remove and store flat if not fitting immediately after receipt. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure they are capable of accepting delivery of this type of product. If you have any problem with access then please tell us at the earliest opportunity.
Pallet carriers: are only obliged to make the delivery to roadside, driveway or yard (if available). Any dispute or problem with the carrier driver must be notified to us immediately on 01924 445577; we can then try and make suitable arrangements.
