Hallmarked Sterling Silver Photo/Picture Frame.
Designed to take a photo
sized 5"x3½" (13 x 9cm)

 This frame has been made by Carrs of Sheffield where Silversmiths have been producing some of the worlds finest silver for over 300 hundred years.

Lustre Silver is a new silver alloy which has been developed and patented by Carrs of Sheffield.

It is guaranteed to be not less than 92.5% pure and is hallmarked-Sterling Silver.

The composition of this new silver alloy gives Lustre Silver pr0perties that prevent the formation of a tarnish film on the surface of the product. 

This means that you do not have to polish the frame, all you have to do is give it a regular wipe with a soft cloth to remove any dust and contaminants.

This will maintain its shine and lustre.
 
To clean any finger marks, use a clean soft damp cloth.
 
If you should mark it, then you can use a standard silver cloth or a small amount of silver polish.
 
This will not damage the properties of the Lustre Silver.
 
Lustre Silver can be engraved  in the same way as normal silver is.
 
The complete frame weighs approximately 283g.

The Sterling Silver frame comes in its own Carrs box.
