Right of Cancellation: 
1.You have the right to cancel the order at any time up to 7 days after you receive the goods however please note that there will be a 20% restocking fee and you will be held responsible for costs of returning the goods back to us. 
2. Except in the case of faulty or mis-described goods, if you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost. The goods must be returned to the address provided. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.

3. Please take note that this does not apply to items that are Used, Faulty, New old stock, Surplus to requirement and other items such as Service aids and Cleansers these are sold as Seen and are not Subject to a refund.

4. Winning items are only dispatched on: Monday, Tuesday (large items) if paid before 12pm and Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday for (small items) if paid before 1pm. If any item is won on any of these days and paid for after 1pm it would be dispatched to you on either of the following days however if there is a problem I will email you and let you know.

5. Dispatch and delivery are 2 separate things, dispatch is done by us within 1 working day, delivery is undertaken by royal mail or other courier and not us therefore XAVIER ELECTRONICS is not responsible for delivery times.
