About Us

We are a family run business based in Cookstown, Northern Ireland. Established in 1970 we have 40 years experience in sales etc. We aim to provide our customers with a fast and problem free service. We also aim to keep our prices as low as we can. We are able to do this as we have agents who source our products from many different countries worldwide.

Payment

We accept the following methods of payment:

Paypal - Payments must be made within 3 days. A request to cancel the order will be sent after 3 days if payment has not been made. If the request is not accepted an unpaid strike will be made against you.

Credit/Debit card payments - Call 02886758032 to make payment.

Postal Orders/Cheques - Please make payable to The Music Shop, The Old Clubhouse, 20 Sandholes Road, Cookstown, Co.Tyrone, BT80 9AR. Please note that any order paid by cheque will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared in our account (which usually takes 5-7 working days).

For Priority Orders call 02886758032 and pay via debit/credit card before 2pm for same day dispatch.

All auction and 'buy it now' prices include VAT.

Shipping

Orders received Monday - Friday before 2pm will be dispatched the same day provided payment has cleared.

Items ordered during the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Items ordered during any holiday eg: bank holidays etc. will be dispatched on the first working day back.

Most UK orders are sent via Royal Mail and take 24-48 hours to be delivered (excluding weekends)

Larger items are sent via Parcelforce. Northern Ireland orders take up to 24 hours to be delivered. UK Mainland orders 48 hours (excluding weekends).

Items which are sent Royal Mail Tracked take 2-3 days for delivery (excluding weekends).

Please ensure that the item/s you buy are suitable for the intended use. 

All descriptions used in our product adverts are truthful as are the pictures advertising the products.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods. You must return the goods unused and packaged in the original packaging. Only when the goods have been returned and checked that a replacement or a refund will be given (unit price only - no postage costs will be refunded).

If you find that the goods are faulty you must notify us within 7 days. You will be asked to send the goods back (in orginal packaging). Once the goods are returned, checked and verification of the fault has been given a replacement or refund will be given. If the goods are found not to be faulty or that the fault is down to misuse of the product it will not be refunded. Instead it will be returned to the buyer - who is then responsible for return postage/courier costs.

Please note that it is advisable for customers to obtain a 'proof of postage' certificate as we will not accept any responsibility for returns which get lost.

Buyers are responsible for any return postage costs. Please ensure all original packaging is kept as returned goods will not be accepted without it.
