If you have bought or used any of the famous EBAY code calculator programs, and ignored our constant warnings about them, then you have probably found out the hard way that not only do they not work, but you have now caused some very expensive programming damage that can often leave the display of your stereo showing one of the following displays:

LOCK 10      LOCK 13     LOCKED 3     TEN

Contrary to popular myth, the Ford range of stereo`s do not have an unlimited number of code entry attempts and will generally stop allowing incorrect codes to be entered after ten attempts. This unit will then lock itself and display LOCK 10. It is also common knowledge that there is an override used by Ford to allow another three attempts, but contact us first for a correct code number to be entered as if you are not 100% certain, or you are still using an ebay calculator (Got this far and still not learnt your lesson?) then the unit may lock permanently and will now start getting expensive.

Warning !

If you persist to use the EBAY Calculators and programs, we are aware of an even more serious problem with some of the more expensive sets, as some of the generated codes given can actually reprogram the unit and result in a message of  LOCK FOREVER. If you have this on the display, then throw it away, as even we cannot recover from that one. Don`t say we didn`t warn you!

Once it has reached LOCK 13, or LOCKED 3, this is now beyond the scope of the Ford Main Dealers and most of the professional Decoders, and they will often tell you that the unit is now scrap as they do not have the programming capability to recover it. Fortunately, we are one of the few companies that are able to recover a unit from LOCK 13, but only if you send the unit to us.

All you need to do is purchase this item and send us your radio with a payment, it`s as easy as that. The postage charge shown is to allow us to return the unit to you by secure courier.
