This is a lovely New jacket by KLASS in what I feel is a UK 12 which is a European 38 but please see the detailed measurements below.. . 

The measurement across the bust is 19.5" making the bust measurement 39"  and the waist measures 36.5"  The length from under the arm to the hem is 14" 

The shoulder seam to cuff measures 24.5" and the under arm to cuff measures 17.5"

The jacket is  lined and the material is acrylic and polyester.

This is New and comes from a smoke free home.
