We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If by any chance you are not satisfied with your goods please get in touch with us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement (where possible) or provide a returns address and we will refund the cost of the item on receipt of the goods. We regret however that we cannot refund postage.
Colour
We make every effort to display print colours accurateley in our auctions/sales. However, because of differences in computer moniters, we cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your monitor is the actual product print colour.
Vintage Prints
Reproduction prints are made from original photochromes that have not been restored or 'cleaned up'. Due to the proportions of the original photocrome which does not fit our modern day paper sizes some prints may have asymmetrical borders

Hello and Welcome to Eileen Rose Designs, most of the designs used on our Cross Stitch Patterns and Cards are created from original drawings and photographs by my daughter, portrait artist Mary Daniels and from other photographers. (All images used are licensed and copyrighted.)
I have three main hobbies, reading Romantic Fiction (must have a Happy Ever After ending), tracing my Family Tree, and making Handmade Cards. Unfortunatley these hobbies have have a tendency to outgrow my home office/craft workroom's shelves, so from time to time I will be having a clear out of items that I no longer have room for.
