can i just ask that anyone unhappy with there items please just return for whatever reason as i have been left very hurt by recent ebayers who have left negative feedback without even contacting me only one contacted me and i asked her if she would leave positive feedback after her refund and she was disgusted i feel this was not much to ask as feedback is very important and i always offer full refunds
