Stop Press : There is a film due in december about meerkats which will no doubt shove the price up, so get one now because I think these will become the 'christmas' soft to thats most wanted due to recent tv status?

Ebay are now ‘encouraging’ items to be sold FREEPOST, but I will still be offering insured means of postage as an alternative, otherwise no claims can be entered into for any items that go missing in the post. (ebay are soon to eliminate the actual separate insurance option. I have not had many items go missing in 8 years, but cannot afford to stand losses if this is the way Ebay is ‘progressing’.

Items will be posted to the address listed on paypal payments only unless agreed otherwise.

Again, due to protection issues, PAYPAL PAYMENTS only please, NO paypal echeques will be taken under any circumstances. They will be returned immediately and item relisted, notifying ebay of non-payment.

PLEASE DO NOT BID OR BUY IF YOU DO NOT INTEND PAYING AT AUCTION END. Recent non-payers have been reported to ebay and had a strike against them. Why mess about?

FEEDBACK will be left on a return basis so I know you have received goods and are happy. Please mail if I have made any mistakes, any genuine grievance can be resolved. Due to recent post strikes, I have been receiving poor ratings in my dispatch times – PLEASE allow for this? Check feedback before doing so as I clearly ship as fast as humanly possible, and I am getting these ratings unjustly.

This advice is not meant to put you off buying, merely to make the transaction straightforward to both parties. My feedback hopefully reflects the attention I give to both buyers and sellers, but also don’t agree to whatever Ebay are now up to by dictating how you can and cannot ‘trade’ on here with honest sellers and buyers. I have never ripped off anybody (knowingly) on postage so don’t see why sellers and buyers should suffer? If I charge £1.50 to cover insurance and it doesn’t come to that, then the measly difference will go towards packing/tape costs (packaging recycled where possible). I will never charge £10 for something that costs £2 to ship as many others will.
