Returns: All our Machines are tagged and recorded before dispatch with our own barcodes and serial numbers. If the barcode or serial number is tampered with, we shall automatically decline to accept them back. Any machine returned shall be at buyer’s cost and should be well packaged against any damage on transit. If the return is due to our own actions, we shall issue an RMA number and authorize return upon verification. Please request an RMA form to fill in before authorizing return. All our returns carry a maximum of 14days. We SHALL NOT accept any returns after this period.

Spares & Repairs: We DO NOT accept returns on any items sold as spares or repairs. Please bid accordingly knowing they do not qualify for any return.

Refunds: We shall issue refunds usually within 48Hours once we check and confirm the machine has been returned in original condition. The refund may however delay if we do not have sufficient funds in our PayPal account. All refunds issued are less any charges and costs and this would include shipping charges.

NI & Scottish Highlands and Isle: Shipping Charges to this regions is £15. Please if you are not sure emai with your post-code for confirmation. We shall not post to this region if the correct fee is not paid please. Please choose "Other Courier" to make payment if delivery is destined to any of these areas

International Shipping: Please pay the correct shipping charges at checkout. We have listed below the fees we charge for various countries. If correct fee is not paid, we shall request for the difference or refund the payment and cancel the whole transaction. For European Buyers: If your country is not listed in Zone 1 or 2, Please make correct payment for Zone 3. Otherwise we will cancel the transaction if less postage is paid and refund all the monies.
