Dispatch and Delivery Times:

We aim to dispatch goods within one working day of your order being placed. This means that you should receive an item within 24-48 hours if sent to a UK address by first class mail but please note that any delivery times quoted are estimates only and are out of my direct control. Purchases cannot be collected in person.

Returns:

Goods damaged in the post can be returned within 7 days of receipt. In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty (this includes all manufacturing defects but not faults arising from improper use) please get in touch within 14 days of receipt to arrange a return. In both these cases we will be happy to refund your full postage costs and either send a replacement item or issue a refund.

We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase but if you need to cancel your order and return an unused item for any other reason please do so within 7 days of receipt and ensure it is in unused and unopened condition complete with all packaging and suitable for re-sale. In these circumstances return postage is at the buyers cost and the refunded total will be minus the initial price of dispatch.

Please send all returns by a secure postal method such as offered by Royal Mail recorded delivery.

Lost Mail:

All items are insured against loss or damage in the mail.

Time in the post before Royal Mail consider a UK item to be lost is 15 days.
Time in the post before Royal Mail consider an international item to be lost is 25 days.

We can then dispatch a replacement item to you and make an insurance claim.

International Orders:

Please note that international buyers from outside the European Union may be liable to pay import duties, local sales taxes and administration fees. Orders over 2kg may be shipped in more than one parcel.

Payment:

Crossed postal orders and cheques (UK pounds). Made payable to David Frootko. Please allow up to 7 working days for cheque payments to clear.

PayPal payments are instant with the exception of PayPal eCheques which can take 5-10 working days to clear, during this time transactions are labelled on eBay and PayPal as 'pending'.

Please ensure that payments are made within 10 days of purchase.

Confidentiality:

No personal details obtained during transactions, including email addresses, will be used for any reason other than for the purpose of that transaction and no information will be passed on to any other party.
