Postage: Items will be dispatched 1 – 3 working days from payment received.

This includes packaging and handling costs. Everything I send is very well packed with tissue paper, bubble wrap, polychips and double boxed if fragile, this makes packaging expensive but ensures you receive your item intact. Please remember to take into account the amount you pay for postage when purchasing an item and that I do not guarantee a set time that you will receive the item. Pick up is not available regardless of locality.

Once I have posted an item I will not take responsibility for any breakages but always keep proof of the  certificate of posting and can provide you with this for you to make a claim against Royal Mail if necessary although I rarely have known breakages as I pack very carefully. 

Offer: For every two items purchased at full postage cost, I will give you the third items postage FREE OF CHARGE (This will be for the lowest postal amount due)

Returns & Refunds: Please give notification within 3 days of receiving goods by email. Returned items will only be excepted undamaged and postage will not be refunded. Refunds will be given for items lost in the post. When a refund for a lost item is made, I will claim my losses back from Royal Mail. In order to do this, your details including names & addresses will be passed onto them and held on their database. If it is found out at a later date that the claim was made fraudulently (Postal Fraud), an investigation can be carried out by the Royal Mail & the relevant authorities. If it is deemed that the claim was fraudulent, offenders can be charged with Postal Fraud & theft and the appropriate action will be taken against them.
