to pay for multiple purchases/combined shipping

ordering more than one of the same item or various different
items, you will automatically be sent an invoice by the eBay
system for each individual purchase. Please do not attempt
to pay these individual invoices. Instead, please let
us know when you have finished making your purchases and we
will then send you a final revised invoice combining all the
items together with an amended shipping cost and this will
ensure you take advantage of our special shipping offer and
do not pay too much for delivery in error.

Collections
|
Due
to the terms of our warehouse premises license and public insurance
restrictions, collections are not possible under any circumstance.

Delivery
|
Redelivery:
This item will be sent via a sign-for delivery service. Should
the item be returned to us after dispatch because of a wrong
address or the carrier was unable to get a signature on delivery
then the buyer will be responsible for the redelivery costs
if you wish us to resend the item to you. If you decide not
to have the item resent then we will accept a cancellation of
your order in writing via e-mail and refund you the full purchase
price (excluding shipping costs) less a £5.00 restocking/admin
charge.
Please be
aware that for us to be covered by PayPal's seller protection
policy we can only deliver to the address provided by PayPal
with your PayPal payment (this is the address you select when
prior to finalizing your PayPal payment). If you require delivery
to another address other than a Paypal registered address you
will need to pay by credit/debit card, cheque or postal order.
Please do
not request your order be left without a signature as unfortunately
we are unable to comply under any circumstance. We cannot dispatch
or or arrange delivery at weekends

Returns/Refunds

Under
the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to
cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the
goods.
After
you have received your goods you can return them to us within
the seven day period for a refund (provided you have a copy of
the invoice sent with the goods and all items are returned in
the original packaging). The costs of returning the goods will
be met by you. After receiving the goods back from you and providing
they are unused and in mint condition we will refund to you the
full
purchase price paid (excluding shipping costs) less a £5.00 restocking/admin
charge.
