• We accept Paypal, Postal Orders and Personnal Cheques with paypal being preferred.
• Immediate payment is required on all Buy It Now purchases. Auction purchases must be paid for in full within 5 days of the auction ending. An email confirmation will be sent once we have received payment.

• All of our order are delivered by Royal Mail or Parcel Force unless otherwise stated and will usually require a signature as proof of delivery.
• We will dispatch purchased item within 2 days of receiving full payment. Most items are shipped next day.
• Shipping costs include price of delivery and Packaging.
• Delivery charge is for mainland UK only. There may be an additional surcharge for any orders placed outside UK. Bidders outside of UK are requested to ask for a qoute on delivery before placing any bids.
• Delivery will only be made to address provided when purchasing. No amendments can be made after.
• We take every step to make sure your item will be delivered quickly and safely.

All of our items are graded stock unless otherwise stated. These are usually items that have been sent back to manufacturer within the 14 day returns policy. Occasionally we will have ex-display or demo items. In these instances items may show small signs of use but will still be in excellent condition. We will advise of any marks on unit within our listing. Products packaging may show signs of repeated handling. We will clearly state on listing if any of the original items are missing from packaging.

All of our proucts carry a 30 day RTB warranty.

We check every item before delivery to make sure they are in full working order.  In the unlikely event the item is found to be faulty we will offer a replacement if available. If we cannot replace item then a full refund will be offered minus delivery charge. After testing, if found to be not faulty we will send item back to customer with delivery charge applied.

CrazyTrading will need to be informed of fault upon delivery of item by contacting us via email. We will provide a RTB consignment form that must be sent with item. CrazyTrading regrets we cannot accept any returns without the returns form. The customer is responsible for cost of sending item back to us. All items have their serial number recorded as to prevent any fraund.
