Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt, however, certain items (please email me first to enquire) cannot be returned, eg underwear, swimwear, make-up or toiletries, so please email me prior to purchase for fitting advice.  Items that may be returned (please email me prior to purchase) will incur a re-stocking charge of the cost of any fees incurred by Ebay or Paypal plus up to 10% in addition (at my discretion).  Buyer must first contact me and then return item via recorded delivery at their own expense.  Where possible, I will try and offer an acceptable solution in the event of any problems or dissatisfaction.
