If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, we will issue a full refund against the purchase price of the item. Postage and packing costs are not refundable. 
The item may only be returned for a refund in accordance with the following conditions: 
Product must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt- no refund will be made for products returned later than 14 days from the date of delivery. 

We must be pre advised of your intention to return the item. You will be issued with a unique return reference number. The reference number and your eBay user name must be written on a piece of paper and enclosed with the returning item. 

Product must be in "as new" and re-sellable condition, unused, returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as it was received.

The customer is liable for the cost of returning the unwanted item to us. We strongly advise that you obtain proof of postage. This can be either in the form of asking the post office for a Certificate of Posting or alternatively by sending the item by Recorded Mail.
We cannot be held responsible for any returning items lost in the post.

Full refund of the original price paid for the item (not including P & P costs), will be issued once the item is received back and its condition has been inspected.
