This is a watercolour of a 'Manor House' signed & dated E.L.Barrow 1900. This may need some restoration, as there is a stain to the inside of the glass in the middle, as can be seen on the photo. I haven't taken this out of the frame to investigate or clean, hence the low price. The gilt frame measures approx 51 x 57cm
