At princesvintage we carry out a thorough inspection of every item, and will state and photograph any major defects.
Payment
At princesvintage we accept the following methods of payment:

- postal/money orders
- cheques (made payable to 'princesvintage')
Payment is required within seven days of the auction closing.
Shipping
At princesvintage we believe that if you make an instant payment, you should receive an equally prompt dispatch. We post every working day to ensure the item reaches you in the shortest possible time. Combined shipping.... too right we do!!
UK: via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Signed For. This provides proof of posting and requires a signature on arrival, along with online confirmation of delivery. All First Class Recorded items should arrive by the next working day.
INTERNATIONAL: via Royal Mail Airsure/International Signed-for. These services are a necessary extra as they provide us with improved insurance, a quicker delivery time and also receive priority handling in the UK and overseas.
Airsure also benefits from an online tracking facility so you can check your mail's progress along the way. International Signed-for is tracked only within the UK.
Please note, princesvintage cannot be held responsible for Royal Mail delivery times.
Returns
Auction Items: We will only accept returns when it is clear an item has been grossly mis-described. If an item does not fit, this will not constitute a valid reason for refund. The importance of carefully checking all of the measurements provided cannot be understated.
If there are signs of wear often found in vintage clothing, such as bobbling/fading, cracked prints, snags or loose threads etc, this also will not warrant a refund. Wherever necessary we will state and photograph any major defects.
Buy-It-Now Items: If you are not satisfied with the product you receive please return within 14 days of receipt, UNWORN and we will happily provide a suitable exchange, store credit or full refund. Please message us should you decide to return the item and send to the address on the invoice, attaching a copy of the item number and your contact details.
