here we've got this fabulous cream long single breasted trench coat jacket..classic retro piece with the shiny glam gold buttons and big statement pointy collar..don't forget we've got lots of lovely buyitnow treats in our shop!

the condition of the coat is good, the cuffs have been roughly shortened but could be let out an additional 1.5"..

sophie is a 5ft 7 (170cm), and this fits her like a uk 14-16, but don't forget to check the measurements if you're unsure..

Here at cotton-love, getting our items posted off to the customer as fast as possible is our main priority. We post every working day meaning you could receive your item the day after payment. For this process to go as smoothly as possible, we would love it if the winning bidder made payment within 1 week of the auction end date. Failure to do so will force us to open an unpaid item dispute. We prefer paypal but accept the following payment options (UK only):

• Postal Order

*Once we receive a cheque, we email the buyer to confirm this, then please allow 3 working days for it to clear. Also, you must have your PayPal account set up and working before the auction ends. If you've got a feedback score of zero or less, you must drop us an email to let us know that you're are for real.

IMPORTANT: we do offer insurance on items (such as special delivery signed for (available for international customers also)). We post via Royal Mail Firstl Class, and we must point out that once the item(s) leaves our hands we can't be held responsible for anything that may happen after that (loss/damage/incorrect address etc). You must message us through ebay if you require proof of postage or special delivery (we'll then send you a new invoice). If this isn't done and your item is lost or damaged, we won't be able to offer a refund. We also can't be held responsible for Royal Mail delivery times. Once your item(s) has been dispatched we'll send a confirmation email.

returns & refunds

we love being honest as its so much better than lying, so if we miss any stain or hole we'll gladly refund you the costs, however, as our items are vintage (unless stated otherwisee, there's bound to be some slightly faded fabric, cracks in the print, missing tags etc therefore we won't be offering anything for such minor defects, after all thats what makes vintage clothing way cooler than the rest! we also don't really refund if the item doesn't fit you perfectly, which is why its so important to check the measurements we so kindly provide instead on going on the letter (S/M/L/XL) as this is our recommendation. Finally, we can't offer a refund if you don't receive your item, unless you asked for it to be sent via special/recorded delivery or proof of postage (applies to international customers too). You are the most important thing to us ever, so we'll be more than happy to listen to any questions or problems you might have.
