TOP quality vintage designer evening dress by "REGAMUS London" ... research didn't turn up much, but this label was found in Lady Diana's wardrobe.  Gorgeous construction and fabrics ... definitely high end.  Love this navy blue silk evening gown ... circa late 70s to early 80s.  All silk with sheer balloon sleeves and full length skirt that seems to have a life of it's own.  Beautiful ruffles tiered at the bottom in 2 layers ... great FULLness to the skirt.  Perfect for dancing!  Deep V fitted bodice trimmed with the most gorgeous woven ribbon in rich metallic shades ... also has that same trim on sleeves, cuffs, skirt and the belt is made from it.  Belt also has gorgeous gold tassels at the end of of each side.  Blue satiny lining feels like all silk as well, but is likely acetate.  Pretty gold metallic thread buttons decorate the front and fasten the cuffs (3 on each side).   Very festive dress that would be a fun addition to your party wardrobe ... great collector's piece as well.  You'll love it!  It's gorgeous.  Very good condition!
