1. payments are to be received within 5 days of the auctions end. if you wish to send payment via recorded delivery please email for an alternative address as i do a school run.
2. excepted payment methods are cheques which will need clarence before item is sent usually 5-7 working days and paypal/postal orders these items will be dispatched within 24hrs excluding weekends and bank holidays.cash if collecting in person arrangements to be made for this  at the end of the auction,email if you need more info.
3. please enclose your details on a separate piece of paper or printed invoice (please not on the back of payments)include name/address/user-name and brief description of item along with payment to help speed up dispatch.
4. we make a small charge for the price of packaging  for bubble-bags/wrap,secure box etc.this will be included in the price quoted for p&p.
5. please complete the ebay checkout at the end of the auction, unless you've won more than one item,then please wait for a combined invoice after items have been re-weighed together. 
6. we are genuine sellers and all we ask of you is to pay for the item in which you bid.failer to do so will leave us no choice but to file a non paying bidder report to ebay,so that we can at least re-claim are fees,we hate leaving negative feedback but sometimes this is necessary to warn other sellers.as you may have noticed unfortunately we have encountered a few negatives through doing this process.
