This is a vintage rubber saxophone mouthpiece.  I think its a tenor.  It does echo the style of the Selmer mouthpieces.  Have a look at Theo Wanne's mouthpiece museum. The owner did have a Selmer Mark VI and apparently from time to time unbranded mouthpieces were supplied with unbranded mouthpieces.  this has been Lightly used
