A charming and tasteful reproduction advertisement. A wood carving depicts George Washington standing proudly beside a map of his tobacco plantation. This is a hand-painted work in great detail. Washington stands proud of the surface to a depth of about three inches and is reproduced in great detail, even to his sword. The whole scene promotes David Wishart of Bristol who was an importer and merchant of tobacco. The hand script on the parchment effect is particularly quaint and this would make a great decoration for your bar or study. Dimensions are 20 inches wide by 30 inches high by four inches deep. I would prefer buyer to pay cash and collect but it weighs 5 kilos packed so postage is an option to be advised on purchase. (I would imagine £8-10 postage). Thanks for looking.
