Unsurprisingly this is a special Christmas issue of Vogue containing articles such as ' incredible clothes by Zandra Rhodes' and 'Yves St. Laurent's Private Dream Wall'.

Advertisements are for Fortnum & Mason, Corocraft, Chanel No 5, Silhouette, Charnos and Aristoc, amongst many others.

Photography wonderful, as ever and includes a phenomenal picture of horsemen in Afghanistan.

The magazine has a slightly damaged spine but is intact and very good for 40 years old
