All of these show signs of usage, there may be some rust on the steel springs, and some insoluble chemical stains that are not easily removable by washing, thus wouldn't contaminate your photographic processing solutions. It is advisable to back up these film hooks with some other means, such as wire, because I have experienced film falling off them, especially when a counterweight is added at the bottom.
