Any problems you have with an item won, please email me before leaving feedback- I’m sure it can be sorted, and a full refund will be given if the item does not meet the exact description...  I try to be as detailed as possible-but we all make mistakes!

Please note: I will not give refunds unless the item does not match the description accurately. I cannot be responsible if it does not fit- always check measurements or ask, is the wrong shade for your outfit, correct insurance isn’t taken or you just change your mind!

uk; 1st class is up to £30 (NOT INC CERAMICS AND GLASS)

Special delivery covers up to £500 (inc cermaics and glass) standard parcels altho cheap, offers no insurance to ceramics/glass (price varys due to weight, but will show up as 'insurance' when completeing checkout if relevant)

International; signed for is an additional £4.20 to include tracking, both airmail and airsure includes insurance up to £500 (atho please be patient when claims have to be made- they can take up to 15 weeks)!
