FREE SHIPPING VINTAGE 1950s - 1960s HEARTS & GIZZARDS QUILT HAND PIECED and HAND QUILTED Unique 1950s Hearts & Gizzards Quilt. All cotton fabric - very soft. Pretty red and other primary colors. Some cheater cloth is used in this quilt which makes it an interesting mix. Bright cheerful colors and patterns. Backing is a ivory color with red binding. Hand pieced and hand quilted with approx. 6 stitches per inch. The binding is hand sewn Condition - great condition!!! The top has a few pieces that have come loose. The backing is in excellent condition too. The batting has bunched up in some areas of the quilt. Couple of very small gray spots on the backing. No damage other than mentioned. Still has lots of life left in it or great to collect ~ display folded up in an amoire or hang on a wall.
