 Hi  I am offering you a one off deal  One velux GGL M04 780mmx980mm ,15 SQ meters of re-enforced chipboard flooring (75mmx50mm cross batten for extra strength)  and a Fakro timber loft ladder with hatch   for  8 hundred pounds no extras no payments taken in advance only after work is complete.  All work to be finished in one day . I will do all the work myself i am a fully qualified carpenter/joiner with over 20years of loft conversion experience.
