Treats and Gifts Galore online gift shop went live in 2009.  We hope our success will come through our determination and passion to only provide products we would buy ourselves. Our ranges have been chosen because they are quirky, fun, desirable products at affordable prices.

pricing and description of goods

Treats and Gifts Galore reserves the right to alter prices at anytime. Prices of products already purchased but not yet delivered will not be altered. All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include vat, but do not include delivery unless otherwise stated. 

Products are described as accurately as possible and Treats and Gifts Galore will attempt in all cases to provide the products as described, colours and styles may vary slightly due to changes in products by the suppliers and Treats and Gifts Galore accepts no responsibility for these changes.  In the rare event that an item is incorrectly priced on the website, Treats and Gifts Galore reserves the right to not supply that item at said price. The normal price will be offered instead.  All measurements are approximate but Treats and Gifts Galore will try to be as accurate as possible.  If further information is required regarding a product please contact us by email and we will gladly describe the product in further detail.

Postage

Most items are sent by royal mail 1st, 2nd class and standard parcels.  If you require royal mail items to be sent recorded please advise before payment and I will issue an invoice with the appropriate charge from royal mail for this service.

I will also use the collect plus service if requested www.collectplus.co.uk for details the charge for this is £3.99 up to 10kilos

Collection may be possible, please e-mail for details, collection will be during a given 1hour slot.

International buyers need to make contact for price of postage before placing an order.

out of stock items

If any item you choose is out of stock you will be informed immediately, and we will also be happy to advise you of any alternative products which may be suitable. You will have the option to be sent an email informing you of when the item is back in stock.

 returns and faulty goods

Unwanted goods maybe returned to us within 7 days of receipt at your own expense.  Please contact Treats and Gifts Galore by email to inform us of the return before posting the goods back to us.  The goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging suitable for re-sale, if this isn't the case Treats and Gifts Galore cannot guarantee that you will be refunded the full purchase price.  Please send the goods recorded delivery to ensure they are not left unattended when they reach us as we cannot be responsible for goods that are lost in transit.  Once we have received the goods in re-saleable condition we will refund the price paid for the item.  We are unable to refund the cost of the postage for unwanted items.

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. It is important that you inspect your goods thoroughly on receipt.  If the package is obviously damaged when delivered to you please inform the delivery person and complete the appropriate paperwork before informing Treats and Gifts Galore.  If you have received goods that are either faulty or an incorrect order please contact Treats and Gifts Galore within 48 hours of receiving them so we can issue either a refund or replacement, and so we can arrange for the item to be returned to ourselves at our expense.

 cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch please contact us by e-mail as soon as possible. Goods that have not been dispatched will be refunded in full including the postage paid.  Orders placed Mon-Fri will usually be dispatched the same day therefore please contact us as soon as possible.

Placing an order is notification that you agree with Treats and Gifts Galore terms and conditions.  These terms and conditions will be updated occasionally, please check them before making your purchase.

Once an order has been placed by you, and the payment has been completed, Treats and Gifts Galore will send a confirmation email informing you that your order has been placed. confirmation does not however guarantee that Treats and Gifts Galore will accept the order. Non-acceptance of an order can be for a number of reasons, the product you have ordered being out of stock, our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment or we identify a pricing or product description error.

Treats and Gifts Galore shall retain legal title to the products until all payment has been made in full by the customer. The risk on products shall pass to the customer upon delivery.
