For sale B25 fitted with t100a engine.Owned by me since 2003 and used on and off in the summers{when we had them}approx 1500 miles use since rebuild of engine and has always been reliable.Engine rebuilt with new big ends ,small ends,main bearings and rebore.Also head fitted with new valves and guides.Gearbox fitted with new bearings and clutch with new springs, plates and bearings and primary chain.Engine converted from distributor to side points to enable use of full boyer 12 volt system inc coil.So no points or reg/rectifier to go wrong, lights that work and a motor that starts first or second kick every time.Hole from dizzy now used as breather.New mudguards, headlamp,levers and wassell handlebars.Forks rebuilt with new bushes.Chain and sprockets and tyres all good this bike handles really well stops good and sounds a treat,the rims are solid but the chrome is not very good on the rear .The engine pulls very well and the bike is a lot of fun to ride with brisk acceleration but is happiest around the 50 mark after which vibration gets a little much so dont buy this for motorway use,{theres a nice greenlaner waiting to get out i think].This is registered as a bsa 500 with historical tax and is very good on petrol so a cheap bike to run.All in all a nice little bike that you can use straight away although a nice drop of paint would really finish it off,please bear in mind the pictures make it look a bit smarter than it is.Bike comes with new and old log books including Buff log book.A lot of money has been spent on this bike so i wont give it away but the reserve is low compared to what you would expect to pay for a ride away triumph.Only selling cos wifey says only one bike and im looking for a fireblade[nudge nudge].All questions welcome and feel free to view bike,no test rides without full deposit or i can take you on pillion.Cash please on collection or cheque is ok on clearing.Please remember this bike is 40 years old so no guarantee or warranties given or implied.
