Combined payments:
Please bear in mind -  you are buying from the artists directly. Therefore payments could be combined for multiple purchase from the same artist only. Same rule applies to combined postage discount (unless you are buying from a family of artists).
Please pay attention where an artwork was kept by an exhibitor.
When you are intent to shop for more than one item in one go, please remember - there is a time limit of one week.
If you've bought more than one piece of the same artist, please send a request for your combined invoice.

Shipping & Handling Cost Consists of:

• Licensing, when required by the customs control (e.g. for biggish paintings, etc.)
• Packaging materials
• Post Office fees

Artworks are packed securely and dispatched by the artists themselves from their location. The dispatch time will depend on whether the artwork needs a special customs certificate (usually for ladge paintings) and whether the paint is dry enough for being wrapped for shipping. These kind of delays might take three to four days on top of usual three business days on receipt of payment. You will receive an email notification of your item being dispatched. If there is a delay in dispatch we will notify you as soon as possible. Typical shipping time takes between one and two weeks.

As ALL items are sent by Recorded (Signed For) delivery, it will require a signature upon receipt. If your item has not arrived within two weeks of dispatch message PLEASE contact your local Parcels Office and enquire whether they have a recorded item for you, as delivery may already have been attempted. We believe your item reaches you quickly and safely.

DAMAGED GOODS
Please check the condition of your purchase(s) when delivered and email us within 24 hours if damage is discovered, including digital photographs of the damage (this is essential - no photos, no discussion) and the condition of packaging materials as on delivery. Please keep all original packaging, as this be required to make a claim with the courier.

Your matter will be resolved to your satisfaction as soon as possible.
