Place transfer made from Master transfer paper and pat to ensure all of transfer has made contact with skin. * Do Not Rub Transfer On...this may cause transfer to smudge, just add a little presure remove tracing paper or clear outine will now be on the era to be tattooed.The longer you let this solution dry, the more it stays!
